REAL ESTATE: SALES UP FOR THE 9TH CONSECUTIVE MONTH

Florida's May 2026 real estate sales rose, especially for condos and townhomes, with a 6.6% increase and a median price of $307,000. Sales take longer to close, averaging 103 days. Condo inventory is high but decreasing. Single-family home sales grew slightly, with a median price of $425,000 and average price up 7.5%. Luxury home sales increased, and inventory dropped to 4.7 months, indicating a seller’s market.
