Florida manufactured home market holds steady as inventory tightens

Florida's manufactured housing market shows steady demand with closed sales and pending sales nearly unchanged from last year. Median sale price is $164,000, slightly down, while average price rose to $179,472. Inventory dropped 11.4% to 8,018 listings, with months' supply down 17.1%. Sales take longer, with median time to contract at 61 days. Cash sales account for 61.2% of transactions.
