Collier County Home Prices Show Resilience This Year

The median home list price in Collier County was $729,500 in February, up slightly from $725,000 the previous month but down 6.4% from $779,200 in February 2025. The median home size was 1,818 sq ft, listed at $417 per sq ft, a 5.9% decrease from last year. Homes stayed on the market a median of 86 days, longer than the national median of 70 days. New listings dropped 18.8% from the previous year.
