Florida Luxury Condo Pipeline Expands

It’s an exciting time for Florida’s luxury condo scene—developers are unveiling new towers up and down the coast, each one designed for those who want a little more from where they live. Across the state, you’ll find projects with starting prices often at $1M or above, especially in places like West Palm Beach and Naples, though some Miami and St. Petersburg options begin in the $500Ks or $600Ks and still offer incredible views and amenities. What stands out to me, after 16 years working with buyers and sellers on Marco Island, is how these new developments are planning years ahead—properties in Daytona Beach Shores, West Palm Beach, Sarasota, and Naples are already targeting completion dates from 2027 through 2031. The market for luxury condos in Florida remains strong, but it’s clear that buyers are more discerning than ever, looking for the right blend of location, lifestyle, and long-term value. I’ve always believed every home has its own story, and it’s fascinating to watch how Florida’s next wave of condos will set the stage for new chapters to unfold.
